You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Remain in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all original packaging and product information.
Because Ginseng Five Treasure Tea is a consumable product, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Wrong, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive:
- A damaged product.
- The wrong product.
- A product that does not match your confirmed order.
We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you regarding the appropriate refund method.
Any refund will be processed after the returned product has been verified.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by us, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
For change-of-mind returns, return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility.
